Shan Masood mentioned that the first hour of Day 1 was crucial and we lost 5 wickets which did not help us to score big in the 1st innings, further added that South African bowlers bowled well in the first session and did not allow us to play easily.

On a question where he asked about his bowling and a wicket of Aiden Markram that he consider himself as an allrounder or not? Which he answered quite briskly that he is not an all-rounder just a part-timer and had no idea how the bowl came in and rattled the stumps.





 

Shan Masood praised South African bowling unit and said they were relentless and were keep coming at the batsman for wickets. He further added that them not playing a spinner which may come handy for us in the 2nd innings but have to bat well and see off the shine in the first session and then it becomes easy to bat on.
